Condolences to all Hugh's Family. Hugh was a wonderful man. Great neighbor and friend, kind and caring, gentle and soft spoken. I will always remember my son (Justin) watching out the window, waiting for Hugh to come by down the alley in the town grader, he would stop and wave to Justin to go for a ride. Such a Gentle Giant, he will always be remembered by so many, young and old. Rest in peace Hugh Derraugh.♡

Our condolences to the family. We are very sorry for all of you. Hugh helped us a lot after we moved from Germany to Lougheed. We were always happy to see him in town or when he came over for an orange juice. Hugh was a wonderful man with a good sense of humour. We will for sure never forget him. Hugh was a great and kind hearted man. He was very gentle and polite. Whenever he came into the bar when i was working he always ordered a coffee and was good company when it was slow. He was a great conversationalist and will be missed dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
