Obituary of Diane Joan Simons

I once was lost, but now I’m found. Diane Joan Simons (75) of Killam, Alberta passed away peacefully in her home on July 7, 2016 with her daughter Debbie, son Dave and daughter-in-law, Sandy at her side. Born June 30, 1941 in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan, Diane was the youngest of seven children born to the late William Isaac Simons and Esme Maud (Reade). Diane is survived by her sister Daisy Adam and brother Marshall (Linda) Simons. She will be forever in the hearts of her four children, Linda (Bryan) Loessl, Billy (Janice) McIvor, Deborah (Scott) Dorey, and Dave (Sandy) McIvor, and her ten grandchildren, Clinton (Jamie) McIvor, Clayton McIvor, Timber (Nikki) McIvor, Danielle and Deanne Oleshko, David (Amanda) McIvor, Alyssa (Annie-Lynn) Simpson, Cole, Cierra, and Jake McIvor, as well as her eleven great grandchildren. A private service will be held in Porcupine Plain, Saskatchewan. Cards of sympathy can be sent to Box 21, Killam, AB T0B 2L0.
