Mikkelson, Weltha Helen (Billow) - Peacefully at Killam Health Care Centre in Killam on March 1st, 2011 at the age of 83 years. Weltha Mikkelson was predeceased by her husband Reynold, her parents Elmer & Clara Billow and sister, Wanda Lindquist. She is survived by one son, Randy Mikkelson of Sedgewick, two daughters, Connie (Leon) Cote of Killam, and Rhonda (Kevin) Thompson of Sherwood Park; one sister, Elaine (Tom) O'Neil of Red Deer, one brother, Bill (Melody) Billow of Vancouver; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.. Memorial donations in Weltha's memory may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research.
