Obituary of Alan Weston

Alan Peter Weston was born to Michael and Rose Mary on June 21, 1952 in Ely England. He was their only son and middle child. He was predeceased by both parents and leaves behind his sisters Rosalind and Melody, and Melody's children Cassandra and Michael. Alan worked for many years in the oil industry as a process operator. He loved to hunt and fish and share his knowledge. He loved to talk. After a long and spirited battle with cancer and renal failure Alan died quietly at home on November 25, 2015 in Galahad Alberta. A celebration of Alan's life will be held in the spring of 2016. Donations may be made to the Alberta SPCA, where a beloved dog was rescued and the Fort McMurray Women's Shelter where he volunteered.
