Obituary of Betty Kells

Beth (known by her sisters), Betty to the rest of us, was born July 23, 1936 at Galahad, Alberta and passed away peacefully at the Wainwright Hospital on September 17th, 2015 at the age of 79. She leaves to mourn her loving husband and best friend of 57 years Roy Kells. Her children Karen Smith of Lloydminster, Cliff (Julie) Kells of Hardisty, Judy (Trent) Clark of Mannville and Tim Kells of Hardisty, and special friend Deb Harrison of Hardisty. 9 grandchildren Lyndsay (Kurt) Neumeier, Kathryn (Cory) Stuart, Garrett Smith, Ian (Courtney) Clark, Brian Clark (Kirsten Isherwood) Dylan Clark (Amanda Hughes), Jonathan Kells, Kaitlyn Kells, Rene Kells (aka Boo) and 5 great-grandchildren. Sisters Donna (Doug) Wold, Mary (Al) Wood, Jessie (Keith) Gilmour, Nancy Bateman (Gerald Price), sister-in-law Grace Kells and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Bert and Myrtle Bainbridge and stepfather Bill Richardson, sister Dorothy Findlay and brothers-in-law Stan Smith, Ken Findlay and Ed Bateman. Memorial donations in memory of Betty may be made to Stars Air Ambulance, the Stollery Children's Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice.
