Wes' family were neighbors when we were growing up on farms between Bracken and Orkney, Sask in the 50s-60s. He was a few years older than I so I didn't know him personally but believe we were in 4H events and maybe some sports days at the same time, with the schools from neighboring towns. I remember him as a tall, slim, handsome neighborhood boy. May his family share many precious memories of Wes to soften the grief of his loss.
