I have known Ron most of my life but more so when he returned to Killam and then Lougheed. In 2009 I became his step-sister which seemed quite natural as our parents were always the best of friends. Ron was a funny guy but you had to be paying attention to catch the humour. Ron was very good to ask mom to ride along when he went to visit his dad in Viking in his final years. He was also a good Christmas shopper buying Mom and Ernie some nice baskets of charcuterie. Ron's life ended too soon and he will be missed.
Love, Denise
