Darlene May Clark was born to Palmer and Marie Hjelsvold in Neepawa, MB on May 4, 1942 and passed away on May 22, 2022 at the age of 80 years.

She is survived by her children Diane (Lyndon) Jacobsen, Georgina (Rod) Mattinson, Theresa (Joe) Polselli, Kathy (Brian) Cote, Wade (Laura) Barker and Jim Barker. Grandchildren Sandra (Wayne), Casey (Jamie), Jill (Wyatt), Kali (John), Jodi (Brett), Rosie (Steve), Robbie (Jamie), Jessie, Brandon & Ryley Cote. Chris, Bobby-Lynn, Amanda Barker, Jeffrey Barker and great-grandchildren.

Brothers Ken Hjelsvold, Dale Becker and Rick Hjelsvold; sisters Merilyn Williams, Marty Davies, Lois Schmutz, Diane Womack and numerous nephews and nieces.

Darlene was predeceased by her parents, Palmer and Marie, her husband Robert, her grandson Michael Jacobsen, and siblings Dorothy, Linda, Myles, Shirley and George.

A memorial service will be held at the Golden Valley Lutheran Church on Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 1:30 p.m.
