Joan was born to John and Anna Loesch on September 22nd, 1937, the youngest of six children and passed away on May 2nd, 2022at the Killam Health Care Centre surrounded by her family.

Joan leaves to cherish her memory, husband Stan of 63 years; son Dan and his children, Ryan (Amber) their children Tenley & Rhett; Grant, Kayla (Austin) their daughter Anna; daughter Shelly (Terry) and their children Eric (Connor), Elyse (Tim) their children Ally, Logan, Liam & Grace, Denton (Landon), Dean; daughter Sharon (Bill) and their children Janna (Matt) and Scott; daughter Theresa (Dan) and their children Bryce (Amy) their children Charlie and Tommie, Trevor (Kelsey) their son Barrett, Jessica (Brendan) and one brother Dennis Loesch.

Joan was predeceased by her parents, John and Anna Loesch; sister Orena; brothers, Bill, Gordon and Kenny.

Mass of Christian burial will take place Friday May 6th, 2022 at Our Lady of the Prairies Catholic Church in Daysland, Alberta at 1:00 pm. A time for fellowship and refreshments will immediately follow the service and a private family inurnment will take place at the Spring Lake Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to S.T.A.R.S. Air Ambulance, Spring Lake Cemetery or a charity of donor’s choice.
