Our hearts and thoughts are with my cousins, their families, and all of Uncle Al’s family. Uncle Al’s humour and kindness will be missed. Every time I go fishing I always think of Uncle Al and when growing up, he and Auntie Edna would take a bunch of us fishing. They were very patient and taught us so much, including how to clean and fillet fish! As an adult, I marvel at the memories, thinking they must have really enjoyed it or were a bit crazy... who takes nine or ten kids to a lake you can’t swim in, then give them rods with hooks, and really sharp knives to clean their fish...I’m so grateful and feel so blessed to have these beautiful memories!

Our condolences to the family. Albin was a very honest sincere and one of the smartest people I knew. We did work for them in Killam and Albin was great to have around. He would bring us beer packaged in pop cases to thank us for our devices on his heating. Albin and his wife were special gems of the world. Ron and Eilene Damberger

My dearest grandpa, I am so sadden and heartbroken, not a day goes by I want nothing but for you and grandma to still be here laughing and hugging us, you and grandma meant the world to me, now reality hits. Without you two here this is no more . everyday I wish that just once more you guys would be calling me to talk for hours liked you used too. My children' and I will always remember and cherish how much you ment to us. I loved all our time together ever second. I am sorry I moved so far away from you both. Breaks my heart deeply I did not get to say good bye and hug you guys for the last time. Forever and always in my heart. May you and grandma rest easy for internity together.

I can remember Uncle Alben as long as I have been alive. I have so many fond memories of Uncle Alben and Aunt Edna they will be missed dearly. We had a great visit when the two of them came to Lethbridge to visit. Uncle Alben said I promised your dad I would check on you and now I have. Uncle Alben and Aunt Edna also came to our daughters wedding in Edmonton which we all enjoyed. So many memories all beautiful.
