Obituary of Shirley McConnell

Mrs. Shirley McConnell of Camrose, formerly of Sedgewick, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2012 at the age of 70 years. She is survived by her three sons Michael (Barbara), Kevin (Wendy) and Scott (Melanie); seven grandchildren Ryan, Colby, Tyson, Micaela, Kellie, Jenna and Sean; two sisters Jane Larson and Ilene (Maurice) Hart; two brothers Allan (Donna) Fossen and Grant "Todd" (Mona) Fossen as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Shirley was predeceased by her husband Jack, mother Tilda Fossen and two brothers Leonard "Fuzzy" and Mel Fossen. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2012 at 2:00 p.m at the Sedgewick Nazarene Church with Pastor Nolan Haring and Reverend Randy Hedeman officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice.
