Obituary of Carman Robertson

Carman Boyle "Robbie" Robertson was born to Alexander and Margaret Robertson at Antler, Saskatchewan on November 5, 1916 and passed away at Cochrane, Alberta on October 4, 2013 at the age of 96 years. He is survived by his six children, Don (Diana) Robertson of Harbour, Ontario, Bruce (Hilda) Robertson of Palm Springs, CA, Margaret (Tony) McDermott of Kitimat, Hugh (Brenda) Robertson of Edmonton, Tess (Len) Kwasny of Onoway, Archie (Linda) Robertson of Cochrane; seventeen grandchildren, Ben Robertson, Holly Cartwright, Carmen Robertson, Shannon Searle, Travis Robertson, Charity Robertson, Joe Scafe, Allan Scafe, Dave Scafe, Patricia Scafe, Brant Robertson, Patrick Robertson, Garrett Kwasny, Mitch Kwasny, Joel Kwasny, Corynn Nouis and Megan Robertson; ten great-grandchildren Robbie was predeceased by his wife, Gracie on October 28, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the Sedgewick Community Hall with Reverend Randy Hedeman officiating. Memorial donations in memory of Robbie may be made to the Sedgewick Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55.
