PER ARDUA AD ASTRA RCAF, I met Art in 1968 in Portage La Prarie. He was my first Seargent. Over the years our 2 families became very close. At work Art was a a very diligent person ensuring the men who worked for him came first. As a friend he was unlike no other, smiling and willing to go all the time. He will be missed by many especially Shirley, Leon and myself. Art was one of a kind and over the years made himself a good example for others no matter what the times had brought. We will miss you. But more importantly we will enjoy the memories and the great times.
