Obituary of Edwin Rudolf Streich
Edwin was born on June 4th, 1942, to Rudolph and Anna Streich in Galahad, Alberta. He passed away on February 6th, 2026, in long-term care in Camrose, Alberta, at the age of 83.
Edwin is survived by his wife of 56¾ years, Linda Streich; his children and grandchildren:
Ken (Nicole) — Braden, Breanna, and Kiara; Jason (Lisa) — Finn and Hudson; Dennis's Son, Phoenix and Rob (Jana) — Kole (Shalane).
He is also survived by his siblings: Lydia (Alfie) Myhre, Alvina, Vivian (Wayne) Miller, and Ron (Cathy) Streich; his brother-in-law, Rod (Arlene) Johnson; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Edwin was predeceased by his parents, Rudolph and Anna; his son Dennis Streich (2022); his infant brother Irwin; his sister Diane (1971); his sister Irene Bandura (2021); and his nephew Billy Johnson (2013).
He will also be sadly missed by his loyal companion, his dog Cheeko.
