Obituary of Breanne Elaine Miller

Breanne was born on May 16, 1986, to Dwayne and Elaine Poirier in Edmonton, Alberta. She passed away peacefully at Daysland Healthcare Centre on December 19, 2025, at the age of 39.

Breanne will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Derek; her daughters, Elena and Brynley; and her son, Leo. She is also survived by her parents, Dwayne and Elaine Poirier; her brother and sister-in-law, Derek and Nikita Poirier; and her in-laws, Pat and Denise Miller, Brad and Christie Bendfeld, Dane and Heather Miller, and Jeff and Brittany Erickson. She will be dearly missed by her nieces and nephews: Jared, Liam, Kenna, Drake, Cole, Kate, Zach, Drew, Case, and Ellie.

Breanne was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and aunt. Her love for her family and her caring spirit will be forever remembered by all who knew her.

A memorial service for Breanne will be held at Our Lady of the Prairies Catholic Church on Tuesday December 23, 2025 at 11:00 am. 

Please join the family for a time of fellowship and refreshments at the Catholic Church hall following the service.

Memorial donations in memory of Breanne may be made to the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
