We would like to extend our condolences to the Lewis family. Cecil was an amazing man and we feel honoured to have been able to know him. It was a tribute to his love of farming that Cecil was still actively participating in seeding and harvest.. he will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing and visiting with him.

We are unable to attend the service this afternoon but would like to extend our sympathy to your family. We remember Cecil’s kind and quiet ways and always enjoyed visiting with him. We pray that you will know Gods comfort and have joy and peace in the memories.

To all of Cecil‘s family, our hearts are saddened in the passing of your loved one. He may have passed on, but you definitely have so many wonderful memories to keep him alive.
We so enjoyed any time that we got to spend with him with over a cup of coffee or a meal at the Stop Spot.
Cecil loved to visit and we heard many stories, especially of the olden days. To think almost right up to his passing, he Told us he
Had helped to seed his son’s crop. Amazing for a man of his age.. He did say, though things were easier years ago when they didn’t have all this technology on Cats and tractors.
We will miss you, Cecil. You Were a-good man.
REST NOW

Another pillar of the community gone and will be greatly missed.
Cecil always had to stop for a chat whenever our paths crossed.
What a kind and gentle soul, rest in peace Cecil.❤️
